PRICING
All fees include the visit, sedation/general anaesthetic and super-peaceful euthanasia of your pet. Then there are three options (see fees below):

Option 1: We leave your companion with you at the end of our visit as you intend to bury your pet or you are making arrangements for cremation directly with the crematorium of your choice.

Option 2: You would like your companion to be transported by us for routine cremation and do not want to receive ashes back.

Option 3: You would like your pet to be transported by us for individual (private) cremation and would like to be reunited with your companion's remains after cremation.

If you need aftercare, you may wish to transport your pet to the crematorium directly yourself if you feel you are able to do so. Some people also want to make this final journey with their companion.

Most of our clients who need cremation services for their pets like us to take care of transporting their companion for them which we totally understand. The transport will be taken care of by myself and/or Marley Hall Pet Crematorium.
When you chose individual cremation with us, ashes are available for collection from the crematorium near Ledbury the next working day, or we can arrange delivery (and may charge a fee) and this can take slightly longer for us to get to you. Ashes are presented in a biodegradable scatter tube as standard, but you can discuss any keepsakes you would like with the crematorium directly.
